Had a screw in my tire which was found out Saturday morning. Called them and they said they could patch up my tire from the inside as plugs tend to not be safe after driving on them for extended periods. They were very honest and I felt safe having them work on my car.
Took my car in 15 minutes later and within a half hour my car was done! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I will be going back to get winter tires.
